Emmah Sanz

Founder and Principal Consultant | Kinetic Collaboration

MSW, GCertEval, MAASW

Emmah Sanz is a Social Worker and Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW) member, Service Design and Evaluation Specialist, and Lived Experience Advisor with 20 years of cross-sector experience spanning government, not-for-profit organisations and private enterprise, including more than 15 years in the public sector.

Emmah specialises in translating social policy into practical action, with extensive experience establishing and supporting Commonwealth grant programs, working collaboratively with not-for-profit service providers, and monitoring service delivery, contractual compliance and performance against government objectives. Her broader experience spans disability, families, carers and community development, supporting the design, implementation, improvement and evaluation of services, policies and systems that deliver meaningful, measurable outcomes.

Combining professional expertise, practical service-system knowledge and lived experience, Emmah brings a distinctive perspective to complex social challenges. Her approach is grounded in understanding what works, identifying opportunities for improvement and translating evidence, diverse perspectives and real-world experiences into practical, evidence-informed solutions.

Emmah takes a whole-of-system, human-centred approach to change, looking beyond individual issues and traditional service boundaries to understand the interconnected factors shaping people's lives and communities. She is particularly motivated by the opportunity to address service gaps, strengthen collaboration, design more inclusive and accessible pathways, and influence the systems and decisions that shape people's access to support.

In 2026, Emmah completed a Graduate Certificate in Evaluation, strengthening her commitment to robust evaluation, evidence-informed practice and genuine community participation in shaping services and systems.

Kinetic Collaboration was established in 2026 to turn this combination of expertise, insight and purpose into meaningful action—supporting organisations to design better services, strengthen evidence-informed practice, navigate complex systems and reforms, and influence decisions that contribute to lasting, systemic change.
